One Last Check Before You Commit

The plan always sounds good until someone who has been there before speaks up.

That’s what I do. You don’t need more agreement, you need someone who challenges the consensus and group-think.

You need… One Last Check.

Assumptions come across as guarantees, integrations get deemed “simple”, and everyone agrees to fix the compromises later.

But later never comes. You know what does come? Your project - 5 to 10 weeks (or months!) late.

That’s why you need someone to take a look at your work.
